What is Ok to Board (OTB)?

"Ok to Board" (OTB) is an electronic entry in an airline's reservation system. When a traveler applies for a paper visa (like a tourist visa for UAE, Qatar, Oman, or Kuwait), the airline needs to verify that the visa is authentic before allowing the passenger to board the flight.

Why Do Airlines Require OTB?

Airlines are responsible for the passengers they transport. If a passenger arrives at a destination with a fake or invalid visa, the airline may be fined or required to transport the passenger back at its own cost. To prevent this, many airlines operating in the Gulf region implement OTB verification.

Process of OTB Verification

• Submit a clear color copy of your Visa to Infinity Trip Planners.
• Provide a copy of your confirmed return flight ticket.
• Provide a copy of your first and last page of the Passport.
• Our team will coordinate with the respective airline's office.
• The airline verifies the visa and updates the "OK TO BOARD" status in your PNR.
